Payment
methods for flexible lessons:
All flexible
(non-package) lessons are payable one lesson in advance.
The initial lesson may be paid for at the time of your first appointment.
We accept cash or cheque only when paying in person. Or, you may
prefer to pay online prior to your appointment, using bank transfer
or credit card via Paypal. Go to our online
payments. Online payments should only be made if the booking
has been confirmed and a time allocated to you.
After
your first lesson, any subsequent lesson(s) will need to be
paid in advance in order to secure the time with
your teacher. Unless your next lesson is paid for, we cannot
guarantee the lesson time
will be kept available for you.
This means that at your first lesson,
you will effectively be paying for two lessons - the first and
the second, if you are rebooking. However, you only need to
pay one lesson in advance. We do not expect you to prepay for
all the times you may have booked. Having always paid one lesson
in advance, you will not pay anything at your final
lesson.
Package lessons:
All
package lessons are payable in full at, or before, your first
lesson using the payment methods above.
Gift
Vouchers:
Gift vouchers must be prepaid. This may be done online, or by
bank transfer, or cheque. They can then be personalised and
posted out to you. Please discuss this with us.
Cancellations:
If you do not give us adequate
notice of a cancelled appointment, you will forfeit your prepaid
single (or package) lesson. Untimely cancellations mean we are
unable to offer your lesson time to other couples who might
be waiting for a time. Although we would appreciate 24 hours
notice, we know that it is not always possible. Just give us
fair warning and we are happy to reschedule your lesson.
Refunds on single lessons:
In the event that you are unable to attend
your next prepaid single lesson (where you are paying one lesson
in advance), and do not wish to reschedule this, as long as
you have given us 24 hours notice of cancellation of this appointment,
we will refund the cost of this lesson to you.
