*At
each lesson, all follow-up lesson(s) will need to be paid
for one lesson in advance in order to confirm the booking.
Unless your next lesson is paid for, we cannot guarantee the
lesson time will be kept available for you.
This means that, at your first lesson,
you will effectively be paying for two lessons at once - the
first and the second. At your second lesson, you will be paying
for your third lesson, and so on. Having always paid one lesson
in advance, you will not pay anything at your final
lesson.
Package lessons:
All
package lessons are payable in full at, or before, your first
lesson using the payment methods above. If a package is not
fully paid for by your 2nd lesson, you will no longer be on
a package and will just be paying single lesson prices. If
you are unable to pay the full amount straight-away, we will
accept the package payment in two instalments over the first
and second lesson.
If
you are unsure whether or not you wish to proceed with a package,
let us know and we are happy to let you pay for a single first
lesson, and then the balance of the package before your next
lesson.
To
ensure availability, package lesson times must be booked in
advance - at least one at a time, or all 6 if you are able
to stick to a schedule.
Package lessons must be completed within a 24 week timeframe
from the date of your first lesson, otherwise unused lessons
will expire and no longer be valid (unless we have been notified
of a change in your circumstances).
If you have not made a booking or contacted us for a period
of 6 weeks or more, your wedding package will also expire.
Package
lessons mentioned are for bridal couples only and do not include
group lessons. If you would like a quote for a bridal group
package, or wish to add a bridal group lesson to the current
package, please enquire.
Gift
Vouchers:
Gift vouchers must be prepaid. This may be done online (online
payments),
or by bank transfer (ask us for bank details), cash (in person),
or cheque. The voucher can then be printed and posted out to
you, or sent to you in an email for you to print or forward
on to the recipient.
Gift vouchers will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase,
unless you discuss this with us prior to purchase.
Cancellations:
If you give us less than 6 hours
notice of a cancelled appointment, you
will be charged 50% of either your prepaid lesson or package
lesson. If you give us no notice, or fail to show for your
lesson, you will be charged 100% of
either your prepaid lesson or package lesson.
As long as we are given a reasonable
amount of notice - ideally 24 hours but at least 6 hours -
we are happy to reschedule your appointment time without any
penalty.
Refunds
on single lessons:
If you are unable to attend your next
prepaid single lesson and do not wish to reschedule this,
we will refund the cost of this lesson to you, as
long as you have given us a minimum 6 hours notice of cancellation.
